



COSMIC ORDERING EXPERIENCE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms & conditions are subject to change without notice.
1) Payments:
a) Advance reservation for the Cosmic Ordering Experience Weekend (known as the ‘COEW’) is guaranteed only upon receipt of a confirmation and subject to the full fee being paid by the person attending, known as the ‘delegate’.
b) Cheques (post dated): where it has been agreed to accept post-dated cheques in advance, you, the delegate, agree to print on the rear of your cheque the account holder’s name and address. A £20 administration fee over and above the COEW fee is payable in the first installment when paying by this method. In the event that the cheque issuer’s bank declines a payment from any one of the cheques due to lack of funds then the delegate’s place on the COEW will be lost and no refund offered.
c) Paypal (installments): where it has been agreed to accept staged payments from
the delegate via Paypal for the COEW there will be an administrative fee, payable
by the delegate, of £20 payable over and above the COEW fee for this service, this
will be levied on the first payment. Failure to complete any of the staged payments
on time will result in the delegate’s reserved place on the COEW being lost and no
refund offered.
2) Non-refund and refund policy for all payments:
a)We have a non-refundable policy, whereby all payments must be honoured by attendance
and commitment of the delegate.
b)If we cancel the COEW on the given dates then a
space will be offered at another time and venue and a new ticket issued.
3) Other Policies:
a) Young children, pets not approved, and unregistered guests are not permitted in the COEW room. Chaperones accompanying delegates can be requested.
4) Policy Changes:
a) These policies and the payment plan agreement may be adjusted or changed without notice.
5) Copyright Notice:
a)Copyright Notice: The tuition, all content and handout materials for any of our
workshops, courses, therapies, experiences or website details may change without
notice.
b)All materials are copyrighted by Stephen Richards and Emma James and may
not be duplicated or resold in print, electronic or any other form without express
written permission.
c)The participant agrees they will use our material for personal
use only and will not use this material for professional use or gain. i.e. Notes,
Handouts, brochures, pdf files, exercises or recordings.
d)No recording, whether
audio, video or photographic, may take place in the COEW facility without the express
permission of the organizers of the COEW.
6) Admittance to the COEW:
a)Admittance will be by ticket, to be shown on first day or any other time it is
requested.
b)Only the named person on the ticket will be admitted.
c)The value of
the ticket is nil.
d)The ticket is non-transferable.
e)The ticket is only valid if
the full fee has been paid as per ‘Payments’ clause.
f)The organizers of the COEW
can revoke the ticket and expel any delegate not deemed to be in an acceptable state
or if they are causing disruption within the COEW or within the facility the COEW
takes place. No refund or alternative place in any other COEW will be offered.
g)Proof
of identity may be requested at any time, failure to show you are the person named
on the ticket may result in expulsion from the COEW.
h)The ticket is only valid for
the specific COEW named and dated. It cannot be used for any other event.
i)A ticket
will only be issued once the fee for the COEW has been paid in full.
j)If a ticket
has been issued without full payment being made as per payment clauses above then
the ticket will become invalid.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1) Stephen Richards and Emma James are not
liable or responsible to any participant or anyone else for any decision made or
action taken by, based upon the information contained on or provided through our
services.
2) Stephen Richards and Emma James shall not be liable to the client or
participant for any consequential loss or damage including health issues, injury,
death, accident, loss of earnings, personal or domestic relations, personal or professional
loss of profits, abuse, negligence, misrepresentation or misuse of therapy techniques
or advice given or used.
3) Except in relation to consumers, the client’s or participant’s
attention is specifically drawn to the provisions that it is the client’s or participant’s
responsibility to obtain such insurance cover necessary to cover such consequential
or other loss or damage.
4) This contract is made under the law of England and any
court proceedings must be in the English courts.
